Purchased tickets may be returned at the initiative of an individual or legal entity no later than one calendar day before the cultural event. In this case, the individual or legal entity returning the ticket shall be compensated 75% of the ticket price.
In the event of a change in the cast of performers, cancellation, or a change in the time or venue of the event, the individual or legal entity has the right to return the ticket and receive full compensation for the ticket price within 10 calendar days after the scheduled date of the event.
In the case of a ticket return, the event organizer is obliged to pay the individual or legal entity monetary compensation for the ticket price no later than 7 calendar days from the date of filing the application for compensation.
Refunds for tickets purchased via non-cash payment (bank transfer/card) are made to the bank account of the individual or legal entity.
