Ekaterina Dybal, director of the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic and musicologist lecturer, has been successfully performing as a master of artistic expression in the institution since 2014. During her work, she has made a significant contribution to the development of philharmonic programs. A distinctive feature of Ekaterina Dybal's creative style is her desire to dramatize musical performances. A vivid confirmation of this was the premiere of the one—man show "Life is a cabaret" (07.07.2023). Ekaterina Dybal's wide artistic palette as a master of artistic expression was reflected in a series of monographic group and solo concerts of chamber, vocal and pop music, including the creative evening "Teach me to understand Beauty" (01/21/2025).
The premiere screenings of the musical and literary evenings based on the prose of A.S. Pushkin "The Stationmaster" (02/05/2023) and "The Peasant Girl" (06/18/2024) with the participation of Ekaterina Dybal as a master of artistic expression and director were held with great success. On the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People (06/22/2023), an evening of Belarusian poetry and music "Zhytse daetsa, kab zhytse tvaryts" was held with the participation of the orchestra of Belarusian folk instruments of the I.I. VSMK. Sollertinsky, where poems by Maxim Tank, Vladimir Korotkevich and Anatoly Vertinsky were performed in a soulful performance by Ekaterina Dybal.
Since 2022, Ekaterina Dybal has been conducting a series of lectures "Ad libitum", which is also implemented on a subscription basis. Along with concerts of academic music with the participation of touring musicians, she successfully organizes events at the I.I. Sollertinsky International Music Festival.
